Since I started my Training and Coaching business in 2002 I have worked with organisations in Travel, Health Care, Loyalty Marketing, Insurance, Construction and Food Production. I have trained and coached alongside Directors, Sales Consultants, Customer Service Teams, Managers and Leaders.  Working with people and organisations who want to be the best they can be is what drives me and gets me passionate. I believe in the people I work with, I will motivate them, challenge them and support them. Because I am not interested in learning for learning’s sake, but the perfomance you can achieve through it. And therefore the business results you can enjoy.

It sometimes keeps me awake at night. Or maybe that’s my children…..
