Coach your people to better performance.



People rarely reach senior positions without the capability and capacity to thrive in them. It’s not uncommon, though, for someone to lack the belief that would allow them to live up to their potential.

That’s where coaching comes in.

I’ll work with your people to help them overcome a particular challenge in their role. That might be:

  • Stepping up to a new role and responsibilities
  • Communicating better within a team
  • Managing professional relationships
  • Any other challenge they face in their role

Together we will design a coaching intervention to help them thrive in their role. It needs to be specific to their situation, and have clear and measurable goals.

I’ll normally start with a meeting between me, the person I’m coaching and their line manager. We’ll set a goal that’s both ambitious and achievable, after which it’s just the two of us. We’ll typically go through five or six sessions to tackle the issues that are holding them back. In each session, we’ll agree specific aims and they’ll commit to particular actions to help them reach their newly-unlocked potential.
